• Information you provide: Your name, LinkedIn profile URL, WhatsApp number, professional category, and any optional details you share such as books, speaking credentials, or press mentions.
• Publicly available data: We search for and analyse publicly available information associated with your LinkedIn profile and name — including search engine results, publication records, social media presence, and professional credentials — to generate your Authority Report.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you interact with the Trstable website, collected in aggregate and not linked to your identity.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data for the following purposes only:

• To generate your personalised Authority Report across five pillars: Positioning, Credibility, IP, Visibility, and Impact.
• To deliver your Authority Report to you via WhatsApp.
• To follow up with information about Trstable services relevant to your report findings — only if you have consented to this at the point of submission.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
• We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
• We do not use your WhatsApp number for any purpose other than delivering your report and follow-up communications you have consented to.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

Trstable uses the following third-party services to operate:

• WhatsApp Business (via WATI): To deliver your Authority Report and follow-up messages to your WhatsApp number.
• Search APIs: To retrieve publicly available information about you for the purpose of generating your score.
• Google Fonts: For typography rendering on the report page.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

7. Deletion Requests

If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, email support@trstable.in with the subject line "Delete My Data." We will remove your record within 30 days.

8. Accuracy of Reports

Trstable Authority Reports are generated from publicly available data at the time of scoring. Scores reflect digital footprint and public authority signals, not total professional worth. Reports are informational assessments only and do not constitute professional, legal, or business advice.

9. Children

Trstable is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of Trstable constitutes acceptance of the current version.
